Henderson Artist Raises Funds for Public Mural

HENDERSON, Ky (August 10, 2020) Artist and Henderson native, Maddy Fritz, has partnered with local members of the community to plan an outdoor mural project. The mural site was provided by a unique collaboration between the building and business owners at Henderson Juice Co. in Henderson’s downtown central business district. After a rapid outpouring of support, the Facebook fundraiser reached over $1,300 within the first 24 hours, exceeding the $1,000 benchmark goal. Anyone can still donate, any additional funds raised over the initial goal, “Will be put towards future murals,” Fritz says.
