Local Artist Designs 29th Annual Festival Logo

This year’s W.C. Handy Blues & Barbecue Festival logo will be designed by Kentucky-native artist, Maddy Fritz. The four day festival takes place June 12-15 on Henderson, Kentucky’s riverfront venue, Audubon Mill Park. With festival attendance topping 40,000 people, it is one of the largest free blues music festivals in the nation.

The 2019 music festival will feature performances by Ruthie Foster, Southern Hospitality, Chicago Plays the Stones, and many other award-winning artists. All proceeds from this year’s shirt and merchandise sales go towards next year’s festival.
